Great Advice! I participated in your workshop at the SHRM Leadership and really enjoyed it. You made me realize how many times I say “um”! It’s created a new awareness and something definitely to work on! We hope to have you come present in Vermont either at our State Conference or our chapter level. Happy Holidays and wishing you a wonderful New Year!
