Awesome post! It takes work to be memorable in the room or in your audience. I personally like #1. We should stop being paranoid and start communicating in video. Communication is much more effective if you could see your audience face to face.

I like the 6 steps! I tried this recently with a team member and couldn’t get much past, “I think it’s going well.” Although it’s more positive feedback than I got in the past, I don’t think we have the trust built yet for him to give deeper communication.

I’ve not thought of an accountability partner outside of a leadership development program. But it makes perfect sense. I’m going to have to think about who I should partner up with!
